Property Claims Services

When property is damaged, our experts promptly adjudicate the claim. Our property claims team covers all types of losses, residential or commercial. Upon assignment, MUNICOM works with the insured, contractors and consultants to work within parameters set by the insurer and the policy.

Our staff adjusters are IICRC certified. The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.

Catastrophe Services

Our staff is able to handle CAT claims around the country while maintaining our “home” market workload by employing CAT adjusters who work exclusively for MUNICOM.  We focus on helping our existing customers manage increased claim volume due to CAT events.  To establish a relationship for CAT services, we encourage insurers to contact us before an event occurs.  This allows us to maintain our charter, “To provide prompt and knowledgeable service with integrity and professionalism,” even during the most challenging times.

Our staff has the experience, attention-to-detail and judgment required to effectively handle liability claims investigation. Appraisal and Umpire Services
